      主要从事铁电/压电薄膜、磁电阻薄膜、透明导电薄膜及全钙钛矿外延异质结构的材料、物理和器件研究。目前以主要作者和合作者已在Science、Phys. Rev. Applied、Phys. Rev. B、App. Phys. Lett.等杂志发表Sci论文70余篇,引用800余次。
